SHIPPING

Deliveries are made on working days.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative and do not include processing times or customs formalities.

During busy periods, your order may take a little longer to process. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail.

Metropolitan France

Free collection point delivery for orders over 60 in metropolitan France (cannot be combined with a promotional code).

Standard Colissimo home delivery without signature, within 2 to 4 working days.

French Overseas territories

Delivery with local post, within 3 to 8 working days*.

Delivery with UPS, Fedex or DHL, within 2 to 4 working days*.

European Union

Delivery with local post, within 3 to 8 working days

Delivery with UPS, Fedex or DHL, within 2 to 4 working days

International

Delivery with local post, within 5 to 14 working days

Delivery with UPS, Fedex or DHL, within 2 to 6 working days

EJER declines all responsibility for any customs duties, local taxes or other charges that may be incurred in international shipping. These costs are entirely at the customer's expense.

Furthermore, EJER cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during shipment.

Please note that the standard shipping option is only available for packages weighing less than 2 kg.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused and accompanied by their original packaging.

Please note that all returns are at the customer's expense. Promotional items cannot be returned.
